Copyright I: Using images and other media in your work In-Person

Wondering how to incorporate images, charts, graphs, audio and video into your publications and other work? When can you use the fair use exemption, and when should you seek permission? This workshop will answer these questions and provide you with some alternatives to traditionally copyrighted media, including Creative Commons licensed and public domain works, to use in your scholarly products.

Audience: Geared toward faculty, Center for Excellence in Writing staff members and capstone TAs. However, both undergraduate and graduate students will also find relevant information for their projects, theses and dissertations.
