Introduction to Spreadsheets using Google Sheets In-Person
Google Sheets is a spreadsheet application included as part of the free, web-based Google Docs Editors suite offered by Google. Google Sheets is available as a web application; a mobile app for: Android, iOS, and as a desktop application on Google's ChromeOS. The app is compatible with Microsoft Excel file formats.
This workshop will introduce the user to Google Sheets. Topics to be covered include:
- Spreadsheet basics
- Entering and editing data
- Number formats and text styles
- Effective charts
- Accessibility principles
This is a hands-on workshop, and all attendees must bring their own device, preferably a laptop.
