Request Like a Pro: UB Libraries’ Delivery+ Workshop Online
Looking for a book UB doesn’t own? Need a peer-reviewed article from a database you can’t access?
In this short session, you will learn about our free Delivery+ service and hear tips and tricks for submitting successful requests. At the end of the presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive one-on-one assistance with placing your requests.
Join us to learn:
- how to request any item, even if UB doesn't own it
- how to get articles and book chapters emailed to you
- where to pick up your requests
- how to get a book delivered directly to you (for free!)
