Evidence Synthesis Workshop Series Part 4: Screening for Review Projects Online

Once you have embarked on a review project, written a protocol with well described inclusion and exclusion criteria, and run searches in multiple databases, you can begin screening results. The objectives of this workshop are to:

  • Identify the methods and best practices necessary for screening in an evidence synthesis project.
  • Better understand how to use Covidence software for screening.
  • Apply stated inclusion and exclusion criteria to evaluate both title/abstract and full text articles.

This workshop will be offered via Zoom and will be recorded. Please indicate in your registration below if you plan to attend the live workshop or only wish to receive the recording. The recording will be sent out to all registrants afterwards.

This workshop is part four in the Evidence Synthesis Workshop Series. This series is designed to support researchers interested in evidence synthesis projects such as systematic or scoping reviews. These workshops provide best practices, resources and tools for rigorous and successful reviews. Other workshops in this series are:

  • Part 1: Which Review is Right for You?
  • Part 2: Building Your Protocol
  • Part 3: How to Build a Search for a Systematic or Scoping Review

The full series will be offered once in Spring 2026 and each will be recorded.
