 will learn about our free Delivery  service and hear tips and tricks for 
 submitting successful requests. At the end of the presentation\, you will 
 have the opportunity to ask questions and receive one-on-one assistance 
 with placing your requests.\n\nJoin us to learn:\n\n\n	how to request any 
 item\, even if UB doesn't own it\n	how to get articles and book chapters 
 emailed to you\n	where to pick up your requests\n	how to get a book 
 delivered directly to you (for free!)\n\n\nThis session will be held online 
 via Zoom.
