Lockwood spaces are only available for UB Faculty and Staff meetings. Each campus group is limited to 5 classroom reservations per month.
All Spring Semester bookings are only tentatively approved/confirmed and they will not be finalized until February 2nd, 2026. Library department bookings will have priority and may bump all Spring Semester bookings from outside library groups until the above date.
It is the policy of the University Libraries (UL) that the Lockwood Library technology-enabled meeting rooms are held for library programming as the first priority. However, we welcome the use of these rooms by our campus community partners for academic activities and events.
