It is the policy of the University Libraries (UL) that the Lockwood Library technology-enabled meeting rooms are held for library programming as the first priority. However, we welcome the use of these rooms by our campus community partners for academic activities and events. 

• Lockwood spaces are only available for UB Faculty and Staff meetings.
• Please be aware that your booking is not confirmed until a library staff member mediates the request.
