Description
Each campus group is limited to 5 classroom reservations per month.
All Fall Semester bookings are only tentatively approved/confirmed and they will not be finalized until September 8th, 2026. Library department bookings will have priority and may bump all Spring Semester bookings from outside library groups until the above date.
This space is only available to faculty, staff, and student clubs. This is not a study room.
Please book for an available time slot below and a library staff will mediate the request.
- 20 movable 2 person tables.
- Please select desire arrangement in booking form.
- Instructor podium, Windows workstation, Blu-ray player, projector, a 2 webcam.
- Student groups must bring their own laptops.
- Credenza for food, handouts, etc.
- Web conferencing with full audio setup - available only for faculty/staff meetings.
- Lavalier mic for presenter.
- 6 table mics for audience.
- Whiteboards
- Additional equipment available for loan at service desk (PowerPoint presenters, cables, chargers).
